Kia ora whānau and caregivers

Due to new Ministry of Education guidelines we are making some changes to our attendance reporting procedures.

Going forward, if your child is going to be absent from school please contact the school as soon as possible that day. You can do this by calling 07 5784424 or 027 558 5917, or by emailing attendance@taurangaspecialschool.nz

If your child catches a taxi to school let the taxi driver know, but make sure you still contact the school, we need to hear from you directly. Please expect a call from our attendance officer if we do not hear from you.
